He’s the Bully on our Playground and as much as we would love to send him off, we’re just the powerless minions. . .
By the way, he’s the Boss and not a kid, I'd say about 53, but with him you never know.

She’s a lovely one, always on edge though. I’d tell you not to annoy her, but she’s so funny grunting at people and reminding them how much of a waste of space they are. She puts up a show, this one. Keep sharp.
She’s 25 and fresh from her former Outpost, A Coruña, Spain. Where she has been since she started working for Runcle. But he wanted her in London and now here she is!
She’s Runcle’s niece, maybe she was the one who started the ‘Runcle’ thing, who knows.
